* first choose the forum where you want to go.

*Then scroll down to see the message box. post your message on the quick reply message box or click the "POST REPLY" then post your message there.

* Click on the profile tab at the menu tab.

* Then click on the avatar tab.

* then you can click browse to upload your pic on your pc or or just paste the direct link of your image at "upload an avatar from an URL"
